Terms of Service

By accessing diaa.group or using any DIAA service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

DIAA provides AI solutions, premium hosting and SaaS infrastructure. The specific scope, specifications and pricing of any engagement are set out in a separate order, quote or agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting unauthorised access, disrupting infrastructure, infringing intellectual property, transmitting unlawful or malicious content, or using the services in breach of applicable law.

Fees, billing cycles and any one-time setup charges are described in your order or on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Where a service level agreement (SLA) applies, availability targets and support terms are defined in that SLA. Managed plans include 24/7 support as described at the time of purchase.

All intellectual property in the website and services belongs to DIAA or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide; you grant us the limited rights needed to deliver the services.

Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information and to use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.

The website and any free materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Paid services are provided in accordance with the warranties stated in your agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIAA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, with the competent courts of Dubai having jurisdiction, without prejudice to any applicable free-zone dispute mechanism.

We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
